Air Quality Services

With passage of the Clean Air Act Amendments (CAAA) and Title V, the requirements for air quality services will increase substantially. Many facilities that to date have been exempt from air permitting requirements will no longer be exempt. For these facilities and for currently permitted facilities, the emissions data requirements for permitting will become both staggering and rigorous. This is because the CAAA requires that the EPA and the states prove that emissions are real, enforceable and verifiable.
